Programme SAP RPUCOUG0 - Court Order Processing Conversion to 4.5A

Description
Court order functionality has been available in the PayrollAccounting component since 3.0F. Due to the extensive modificationsmade to this functionality in Release 4.5A, the conversion programRPUCOUG0 is provided in this Release to perform the necessaryconversions. This report works on the payroll results and Infotype 70(Court Orders GB) as follows:
New infotype subtypes have been introduced in Release 4.5A. Oldsubtypes are therefore converted as follows:
England/Wales:
N: EWN
P: EWP
C: EWC
T: EWT
D: CSD
Northern Ireland:
N: NIN
P: NIP
D: CSD
Scotland:
M: SCMA
S: SEA
D: CSD
The court order wage types available prior to 4.5A are converted asfollows in the RT and CRT tables:
/Cx1,,,,/CO1
/Cx2,,,,/CO2
/Cx3,,,,/CO3
/Cx4,,,,/CO4
OBJPS field is now handled differently on IT0070
Whenever a new court order type was created, the P0070-OBJPS wasassigned the value 01. If such a subtype already existed, theP0070-OBJPS was increased by 1.
Now each time a court order is created, the P0070-OBJPS field isassigned a sequential value, irrespective of the court order type.
Table V0 is used instead of the CNTR3 field on the RT
The OBJPS of the processed court order used to be stored in the CNTR3field on the RT. Now the new fields V0TYP and V0ZNR are used on the RTto store the entry type ('G' for British garnishment) and object ID.
The table V0 is used to record information besides the OBJPS. TheV0-V0TYP is assigned the value 'G' (for British garnishment), anddetailed information (the court order type and OBJPS) is assigned tothe field V0-VINFO.
