Convert cluster PL on database PCL4 to cluster P1 and cluster PL ondatabase PCL2 to cluster P2

Purpose
PL is a reserved name that shouldn't have been used. So the cluster PLon database PCL4 which contains the payroll display variants resp.cluster PL on database PCL2 which contains the time evaluation log haveto be renamed which means saving the old content in a new cluster anddeleting the old one.
