XPRA: Set wage type for ER contribution to CSFP in T5D30.

Purpose
The wage type ER contribution field is defaulted with the value '/57A'in table T5D30.
The value '/57C' is used for 'hour-by-hour' calculation in theconstruction industry (Processing rule 01).
