Description
The report converts payroll results for the Norwegian cluster RV. Werecommend that you create a backup copy of the PCL2 file beforeconversion. The report program has a 'Test run' parameter. If thisparameter is flagged, no changes are made to the database.
Earlier to release 4.5A following wage types were update directly inthe CRT, when outpaying holiday allowance, without storing any resultsin the result table RT:

• /327, /328, /329, /330


• /337, /338, /339, /340


• /347, /348, /349, /350


• /357, /358, /359, /360


• /O27, /O28, /O37, /O38


• /O47, /O48, /O57, /O58

The report checks these wage types in CRT for each payroll period andthe previous periods and determines what values should be stored in RTand corrects the values in RT. This correction in expected in eachperiod were holiday allowance has been paid.
The report assumes the payroll data has already been converted to the4.5A format (this is done by RPU40ACL, since the Norwegian HR-countryversion was not delivered with release 4.0A).

Output
The report program generates statistics relating to the conversionThese can be interpreted as follows:
A personnel number can have several payroll results (logical records).Each payroll result may need several physical records for storage.
There are two alternatives for each logical record:
The record could be correctly converted
An error has occurred during the conversion. A possible reason is thatthe existing record in the database is faulty.
The total of items 1 - 2 gives the number of logical records.
The data for the conversion is displayed in the statistics per client aper cluster.
The results for clients and clusters are displayed as totals.
