Description
This report calculates leave entitlement, quota entitlement, leaveallowance, and make up vacation leave for the different leave schemes
( leave scheme 51, 73, 79 ). The procedure is as follows
It obtains the entitlement from the table ( t5pbsr3b) for leaveentitlement, t5pbsr3c for quota entitlement for the leave
scheme in the particular year. For the 1973 leave scheme it obtains themake up vacation leave and the leave allowance. In case there are anysplits they are considered for the entitlemet calculation ( the systemcan handle upto 25 splits ).
The entitlement obtained is passed on to a function module which doesthe proration ( based on the number of hrs worked, days worked orcalendar days )
The calculated value is displayed using HR basic list in Xl format.
In case of a test run no updates are carried out, else Infotype 5
is updated wityh leave entitlement, 2006 with quota entitlement,
0014 with leave allowance, 83 with leave compensation.
