Description
This report sends employee expenditures to time recording systems.
Employees can record their expenditures at the time recording terminal.

Precondition

Procedure
Choose the languages in which you want to display the employeeexpenditures at the terminal.
Make the appropriate entries in the selection fieldsTarget system and Log.

Example
You want one group of employees to be able to record service stationdata at the terminal. You want another group to be able to entercafeteria data.

Notes
You can define which employee are allowed to record which employeeexpenditures in Customizing step Maintain wagetypes in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Time Events.
