Description
This report sends attendance and absence reasons to time recordingsystems.
Employees can record attendances or absences for the attendance orabsence reasons at the time recording terminals.

Precondition

Procedure
Choose the languages in which you want to display the attendance andabsence reasons at the time recording terminal.
Enter the necessary data in the selection fields Targetsystem and Log.

Example
You want one group of employees to be able to post business trips atthe time recording terminal. You want another group to be able to postdoctor's appointments at the terminal.

You can define which attendance and absence reasons can be recorded bywhich employees at the time recording system in the Customizing stepMaintain attendance/absence reasons in theImplementation Guide (IMG) for Personnel Time Events.
