Description
This report updates leave deduction in Cluster PC and quota deduction(table PTQUODED). Use report RPTBPC00 to generate the personalcalendar.
A recalculation is not triggered when the deduction is updated.
Cluster PC is deleted for the data selection period for which the reportis started, and the existing quota deduction is cancelled for eachindividual day.
The attendance/absence records, time quota records, and quotacompensation records are selected according to the data selection period- that is, only the records that correspond to the data selection periodare counted. Only time quota records whose deduction intervals arewithin the selection interval are deducted.
If you do not enter a data selection period, all attendance and absencerecords for the selected employees are selected.
You should only limit the data selection period if the data requiredfor a revaluation is missing for certain records (for example,reorganized work schedules). Otherwise, it would not be possible toupdate a full quota/leave taken as not all relevant attendance/absencerecords and quota compensation records would have been processed.
If an error is detected for an absence record, the record isrejected and processing continues with the next record.
The absence records are revaluated in ascending order according to whenthey were entered, that is, older records are revaluated before morerecent ones. This means that more recent deductions could differ fromolder deductions.
If the system encounters an absence record that was changed manually,the manual change is canceled and the absence record revaluated.
The absence record is also changed under the following circumstances:

• The old record had been changed manually. The new record is not marked
as having been changed manually.

• The payroll days and/or hours have changed as a result of the absence
record being revaluated. The new values are included in the absencerecord.
If the deduction interval of a time quota record is not specified, the"deduction from" and "deduction to" dates are set to match the "validfrom" and "valid to" dates of the record.
Note:The report recognizes time quota records that have beendeducted by the time evaluation driver RPTIME00 andexcludes them automatically from processing.
