Purpose
You can use this program to view the database of leave requests thatyour employees have submitted in the Leave Request Webapplication.

Integration
The program reads data from the following tables:

• PTREQ_HEADER (Request Header)


• PTREQ_ITEMS (Request Items)


• PTREQ_ACTOR (Request Participant)


• PTREQ_NOTICE (Note for Request)


• PTREQ_ATTABSDATA (Request Data for Attendances/Absences)

This program provides the following views and functions:

List of Requests
The list of requests contains requests that meet the selection criteria.If there is more than one version of a request, the system displays theversions with the same background color.


• If you implement SAP Business Workflow, you can branch to
Workflow Selection. To do this, select an entry, and chooseWorkflow.

• To branch to the Request Items view, double-click on a request.

Request Items
This view displays all the details about a request.


• To branch to the Maintain Time Data function (transaction PA61),
select an item and choose Time Data. This function is availableonly if time data already exists for a request.

• To display the details about an item, you can double-click on the item.

Note
To delete leave requests, you can use the RPTARQDBDEL
program (Delete Leave Requests (Database of Requests)).Caution: Before you use this program, read the reportdocumentation. Data that is deleted by this program is irretrievable.

Selection
As in other Time Management programs, the period and employee selectionis provided from the logical database PNP. In addition, you can make thefollowing settings for the selection:


• The date of a request to which you want the selected period to relate:

Date of request
Start date of leave
End date of leave

• The role for which the selected employees requests are to be displayed:

Owner
This is the employee for whom leave was requested.
Next processor
This is the next person to process the request. For requests thatrequire approval, this will be the approver. For requests with errors,this will be the HR administrator responsible.
Person responsible
This is the owner's superior according to theorganizational plan.
Initiator
This is the employee who requested leave, either for him/herself or foranother employee.

Examples
You run the program with the following selection criteria:


• Evaluation period: Current month


• Option for evaluation period: Date of request


• Selection of employees: Payroll area XY


• Role: Owner

The system displays all requests where in the current month leave wasrequested for employees in payroll area XY.
You run the program with the following selection criteria:

• Evaluation period: Current year


• Selection of employees: Personnel number 34343434


• Option for evaluation period: Start date of leave


• Role: Next processor

The system displays all requests where leave beginning in the currentyear was requested and that have to be processed by the employee withthe personnel number 34343434.
