Description
Companies in Norway may be requested to deliver statistical informationelectronically to SSB ("Statistik sentralbyraa"). This informationeither has to be delivered quarterly or once a year. The content of thefile is specified in the document "Kravspesifikasjon for elektroniskinnberetning, kjennemerker og filbeskrivelse for loennstatistikken"from SSB dated 4. oktober 1996.
Using this report you can collect the necessary information from yoursystem, map them to the statistical codes defined by SSB and write themto a file in the format specified by SSB.

Precondition
To be able to run this statistical report two conditions have to besatisfied:
Master data has to be maintained correctly
The information that the reporting is based on is described below.
Customization for the statistical reporting has to be done
The system has to be correctly customized to be able to map master dataand organizational data correctly to statistical codes. A descriptionof the necessary customization is given in the IMG-chapterStatistical reporting.
The list below gives a description of the different sections of thefile created and what information from the system is used.

"Oppgavegiverpost"
This section contains information on the deliverer of the statisticalinformation and some additional information. The necessarycustomization is done in the IMG section Checkorganizational information. Two additional information (Characterset and Version of statistics) are entered on the selection screen.

"Bedriftspost".
This section contains information on the organizational unit("bedrift") the employee belongs to. The information consists of theorganizational numer, name and address, and a two letter codeidentifying the employers organization. The necessary customization isdescribed in the IMG section Check organizationalinformation

"Loennstakerpost"
In this section information on the employee is delivered. Theseinformation are either read directly from master data or somestatistical codes determined from it. Following description gives alist of infotypes that are used for this section of the statistics andwhat fields are used.

"Loennspost"
This section of the statistics contains payroll information for theemployee. The values are determined by reading payroll information fromthe reporting year and the last three months of the previous year.
The selection of wage types for the reporting is controlled by thecustomization described in the IMG section Checkwage types

"Bedriftssluttpost",
This section again contains the organizational numer of theorganizational unit of the employee ("bedrift").
Other sections of the statistics file only contain technicalinformation.

Output
The report creates a Temse-file that has to be downloaded. If theckeckbox "Display statistic" is flagged, a list is displayed for eachof the above discribed files. Please notice that this will increase therunning time of the report.
