Description
This report compiles a statistic of employees by job and pay scale groupfor a key date. The number of employees per job and pay scale isdisplayed in terms of gender and ethnic origin. The report deliversdetails and summaries for various organizational levels and entitiessuch as company, personnel area, personnel subarea and smallerorganizational units. You can also generate a detailed list withemployees' names and job information.

Precondition
If table T505R (codes for ethnic origin) is modified or extended toallow additional ethnic categories to be entered in infotype 0077, thefeature EEOCL (transaction PE03) must be modified to reflect thesechanges. The feature EEOCL yields the employee category, based on ethnicorigin and gender.

Activities
In the Period section, specify the time period for which you wantto run the report.
In the Selection section, specify the employees for which youwant to run the report and the employee statuses you want to include inthe selection.
In the Additional data section, you can make the followingspecifications:
Job - Specify the jobs you want to include in the selection.
Pay scale group - Specify the pay scale groups you want to ininclude in the report.
Print list of names - Select this option to generate a detailedlist of employees per job.
Statistics by org. unit only - Select this option if you want thereport broken down to the level of personnel subarea.
Display org. unit level: Select this option if you want thereport to accumulate the statistics by organizational units only. Otherlevels of aggregation, such as company or personnel area, will not bedisplayed. This enables you to analyze statistics that span more thanone personnel subarea.
Total after every step - Select this option if you want thereport to total the statistics for each aggregation level.
