Description
This report compiles statistics for personnel movements that have takenplace for an organization over a period of time. It reconciles astarting employee count with an ending count by looking at hires,terminations, retirements, and transfers (in and out). In addition tothe detail given per organizational unit, the report also compilessummaries per plant section, plant and company. You can also generate adetailed list with employees' names and events.

Note
The starting headcount calculated for each organizational unit by thisreport is the headcount on the day BEFORE the beginning of the selectionperiod.

Requirements
For this report to deliver accurate results, you need to carefullydefine all of your events for hires, terminations, etc.

Activities
In the Period section, specify the time period for which you wantto run the report.
In the Selection section, specify the employees you wish toinclude in the report selection.
Note
Do not use matchcodes to select employees for this report. It should beexecuted for individual employees or the entire employee population, butnot for individual organizational units.
In the Additional data section, determine what you want thereport to contain by selecting one or more of the following options:
Display list of names
Select this option if you want the report to produce a detailed list ofemployees for each event.
Display org. units only
Select this option if you want the report to accumulate the statisticsby organizational unit only. Other levels of aggregation, such ascompany or plant, will not be displayed. This enables you to analyzeorganizational units that span more than one plant section.
Analyze minorities
This option is selected by default and causes the report to perform amovement analysis of minority members for each organizational unit.Minority movement numbers will be displayed directly below the totalmovements per unit. A third line with the percentage of minoritymovements compared to total movements is also displayed.
Specify all of the relevant events defined in your company for eachevent category (hires/rehires, termination, retirements, transfers). Ifdesired, you can also specify all of your reasons for each of theseevent categories.

Output notes
Turnover rate: The turnover rate is determined by dividing thenumber of events that result in a person leaving an organizational unitby the beginning count of that unit. If the beginning count is 0, theturnover rate is 0.
Percent minority turnover rate: This rate is determined bysubtracting the overall turnover rate from the minority turnover rateper organizational unit. If this number is positive, the minorityturnover rate exceeds the overall turnover rate.
