&PURPOSE&
This program creates the CERFA Return to work statement form.

Prerequisites
SAP recommends that you start this program in the services menu of theSAP/ADP interface (PC00_M06_RPSTRTFI transaction, IJSSREPR
service) rather than starting it directly.

Features
This program consists of a sequential menu with four listed entries.Entries 1 and 2 enable you to enter the necessary data to fill out theform. The third entry allows you to download a previously savedstatement and the fourth one saves and prints out the statement oncecompleted.

Activities
Enter the employee number, file path and name of the stored form in theselection screen.
The Change field box enables you to go to Display or Change mode.
