The report RPROVIEW produces a list with the contents of the twotransparent tables PTRV_PERIO (Period framework data ) and PTRV_HEAD(Trip framework data). From this list it is possible to branch to thecorresponding trip details. The selection screen offers the following setting options:
All trips for the selected personnel numbers are listed. From thislist, a period version of a trip can be chosen. You receive an overview list of all selected trip periods or periodversions for the selected personnel numbers. The list is sortedaccording to personnel and trip numbers. Via 'Choose', the contents offramework data for a period (table PTRV_PERIO) and the framework datafor a trip (table PTRV_HEAD) are displayed. You receive a list of the framework data for all periods (tablePTRV_PERIO) and the corresponding framework data for the selectedemployees' trips (PTRV_HEAD). The list is sorted according to personnelnumbers and trip numbers. If the field is selected, only the current versions are selected andlisted. |
