Description
Program RPRDTAI0 generates a dataset from the travel expenses to betransferred. This dataset is used as input for the Italian paymentmedium program RFFOIT_B that you can access from the menu options underCreate DME.
Specify the house bank and the desired bank account from which thepayment is to be made with characteristic TRVHB. Note thatcharacteristic TRVHB uses both an ID for the house bank (table T012) andan ID for the account details (table T012K).
The account details and the address of your employee must exist in theHR master data.
If an overpayment should arise for an employee, this is indicated on alist of overpayments. A reimbursement must then be negotiated outsidethe Travel application.

This program does not post automatically to accounts in financialaccounting. The posting must be made directly in financial accounting.
