Description
With this report, data inconsistencies in trip data can be eitherdisplayed or deleted. The data records in the transparent tablesPTRV_HEAD, PTRV_PERIO and in the clusters TE (PCL1) are checked forconsistency.
The program performs the following checks:

• Is there at least one corresponding entry in table PTRV_PERIO for each
PTRV_HEAD data record?

• Is there a corresponding entry in table PTRV_HEAD for each PTRV_PERIO
data record?

• Is there a corresponding cluster TE in table PCL1 for each PTRV_PERIO
data record?

• Is there a corresponding entry in table PTRV_PERIO for each cluster TE?

Whether trips with errors are to be displayed or deleted is decided bythe settings in run control.

Display data inconsistencies
In display mode it is possible to obtain a short overview or adetail overview of the data inconsistencies found.


• In the short overview, only the most important information on
the incorrect table entries is listed. The entries are sorted accordingthe above mentioned error cases for each personnel number.

• In the detail overview, all available data on trips with data
inconsistencies is produced. The data is sorted according to tripnumber for each personnel number.

Delete trips with data inconsistencies
In delete mode, all table entries for incorrect trips are deleted.Especially important, data on trips which have already been transferredis also lost. It is therefore advisable, in any case, to list theavailable information and print it out beforehand. To delete trips witherrors, the entry of a valid password is required.
