Programme SAP RPR706VC - Generation of Scaled Meals Rates

Description
This report can facilitate maintenance of views V_T706V, U_706V_B
considerably.

Use
Each per-diem and maximum value for meals is to be entered for the timeperiod and relevant country/ies according to statutory andcompany-internal rules as a basic entry (with 'number of hours = 24' =1 day) in views V_706V_C and/or V_706V_D.
The program is started via transaction PRVP (Scaling per-diems
for meals) or PRVH (Scaling maximum amounts for meals).
According to the calculation guidelines (see view V_T702V or V_702V_B),
full per diems or maximum rates are reduced and assigned to thecorresponding hours. If the default entry is not equal to the originalvalue for scaling by hours you can calculate this original value usinga calculation formula for 24 hours. In this case, the original value iscalculated from the basic entry before the complete per diem or maximumamount are scaled by hours.
The test run of this report produces a log without changing the view. The basic entries appear darker than the entries produced by the

report.
The report should not be started with test run = ' ' until this log hasbeen thoroughly checked.

Note
Do not forget to transport the scaled entries to your productivesystem.
