Create Reporting Quota Types Automatically

Purpose
This report is used to automatically create reporting quota types.
Reporting quota types are created from the existing attendance/absencequota types and the leave quota types in the back-end system. Theassignment between SAP factors and reporting quota types occurs in a 1:1ratio.
If either of the checkboxes "Include ES (employee subgroup) grouping" or"Include PS (personnel subarea) grouping" is not selected, then thequota types that are distinguished only by their corresponding groupingsare grouped together in a reporting quota type.
Start the report only when you want to create this type of reportingquota type. If you want to group together various quota types intoreporting quota types, you must do so manually.
Note: In the latter case, do not start the report, as it deletes anymanually created reporting quota types and your assignments made in thecustomer name range.

Prerequisites
You have not yet created reporting quota types or assignments.

Example
You want to display all of the existing quota types in your system on a1:1 ratio as reporting quota types in the Business Warehouse and in ABAPQuery. Quota types, such as leave quota, that are differentiated in theSAP System for administrative purposes according to personnel subareagrouping, are to be grouped together. Choose "Leave quota types" fromthe initial screen and deactivate the checkbox "Include PS grouping."The "Include ES grouping" is not relevant for leave quotas, as these arenot distinguished in the system according to employee subgroupgroupings.
