Programme SAP RPLWPAN0 - Absence Overview

Purpose
This report is used to:

  • Either generate a sickness overview under the terms of the
  • Permanant Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions)Act
    • Or generate an overview of all attendances/absences

    • In doing so you can select on sickness/absence with a specificduration.
      This data provides insight into sickness (and/or other attendance/absence) with minimum duration. You can use the flexible output todisplay the right data, depending on your company-specific requirements.

      Prerequisites
      You must have performed the IMG activities Determine SicknessRelation Period and Eligibility for Permanant Invalidity BenefitAct Absence Types under the Eligibility for Permanant InvalidityBenefit (Restrictions) Act section of the Dutch Payroll and havemaintained the infotype Absences (2001).
      Note!
      When you perform the above IMG activities, you can use this report as asickness report, even if you make no further use of the Eligibility forPermanent Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act functionality. Thereport can in any case be used to report attendance/absence on the basisof the attendance/absence codes, also without the above customizing.

      Selection
      Besides the standard time and personnel selection options, a number ofspecific options are available.

      • Sickness reporting under the terms of the Permanant Invalidity Benefit
      • (Restrictions) Act
        You specify the minimum duration of the sickness that you want toreport. You can do this by entering an amount and a unit. This unitallows you to choose between calendar days, calendar weeks and workdays.The report links related sicknesses together and determineswhich subtypes of infotype Absences (2001) are relevant
        to the Permanant Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act.
        If the total number of calendar days or workdays relevant to theselection reaches the minimum duration, the record and the previousrelated records are selected.
        • Attendance/Absence Reporting

        • You can specify the minimumduration in calendar days or workdays for everyspecified attendance/absence.The report displays the records that satisfy the selected minimumduration in the selection period. For this purpose, the sum of therecords with the same attendance/absence record is observed.If the totalnumber of calendar days or workdays relevant to the selectionreaches the minimum duration, the record and the previous records thatoverlap with the selection period are selected.
          This option does not relate sicknesses like under the terms of thePermanant Invalidity Benefit (Restrictions) Act.
          Note!
          If the unit is not specified with the minimum duration, calendar daysare assumed.

          Output
          Per personnel number the personal data as well as attendance/absencedata is displayed. The output can be formatted flexibly to suit yourrequirements by changing the layout.
