Description
This report is used to produce the annual report specified by the 'WetSAMEN' (Employment of Minorities (Promotion) Act).
The annual report provides information on personnel and the percentageof ethnic minorities included. The report also provides information onpersonnel turnover, in general as well as for ethnic minorities. Inaddition, you must list what you have done in the past year tostimulate proportional representation within your company and whichactions are planned for the coming year. As employer you must disclosea report every year on the previous calendar year, on or before 1 June.
The annual report only contains information in the form of ratios,numbers and percentages, i.e. anonymous information.
According to the Wet SAMEN the employee is required by law to supplythe requested information. The data is entered in infotype SAMEN(0177). The employee may, however, lodge a written objection, in whichcase you must select the field Objection Lodged.
In all other cases you must fill the fields Country of BirthEmployee, Country of Birth Mother and Country of BirthFather. An employee belongs to an ethnic minority group if at leastone of the countries of birth is on the official list. The country listis included in table T5N05. You can add or delete countries in thetable via the IMG. If not all countries are known, the decision ofwhether or not an employee belongs to an ethnic minority group will bebased on the countries that are given.
Personnel data according to job grade is determined by feature Jobgrade classification for the Wet SAMEN, feature NFNCL. You can usethe IMG to change the settings of this feature.

Precondition
The report only takes those employees into consideration whose recordis valid for infotype Registration of Country of Birth NL (0177)for the period selected.

Two situations determine the level of the report.
You employ at least 35 people and your company is not part of a groupor larger enterprise. In this case you must complete the reportindependently for your company.
You employ at least 35 people and your comany is part of a group orlarger enterprise, e.g. a branch or branch office. In this case it isimportant to find out if you need to complete the report independently.You must complete the report independently if your plant/ unit is anindependent unit, in other words an independent company according tothe law.
To select data for a particular company unit, select RepresentingLegal Person to choose the unit. A proposal is generated using datadefined in feature NLR07 (Representing Legal Persons forREO [RBA]) and the relationship management tables. If you want to execute the report for a certain region you can select acertain employee group or certain units in your company by specifying anumber of variables. You are free to select the target group of yourchoice. In addition, you can enter additional data, which will later benecessary for the report.
A text file is created after running the program. This file can bemodified in a word processing program (e.g. Word). In this way you canadd additional information to the report, which is required forreporting.
