Title Time spent in each pay scale area/type/group/level Purpose This report allows you to display the pay scale classification and theduration of an assignment to a pay scale or level for individualemployees. Integration If your collective agreement stipulates that a reclassification is duewhen an employee reaches a certain age or when she/he has spent aspecified amount of time in a pay scale group, you can use the reportSuggestions for pay scale reclassification> ( RPLTRF10>) to display suggestions for the next payscale reclassification of individual employees. If you want a reclassification to be executed automatically when anemployee reaches a specified age, or when he/she has spent a specifiedamount of time in a pay scale group, you can use the report Payscale reclassification according to age or assignment to pay scalegroup/level> (RPITUM00>).Prerequisites The affected employees are assigned to a pay scale structure. Theemployees can not be directly evaluated nor assigned to a pay gradestructure. A Basic Pay> (0008) infotype must exist for the affectedemployees.Features Selection You specify whose pay scale data is to be displayed with your entriesunder Selection> and Further selections>. Pay scale area> Pay scale type> Pay scale group> Pay scale level>Standard_variants The selection screen for the report contains default values in somefields. The system suggests the following selections:
- the indicator today> suggests an evaluation for the current date
- the Employment status> field contains a selection of all
employees with employment status 1 >(inactive workrelationship), 2 > (pensioner) or 3 >(active employee)Output The report lists the names of employees in a table, along with thefollowing data for each employee:
