Note
In order to determine the working time for workers on an hourly basis, the system reads the accumulated social insurance (SI) days from thepayroll. If such days exist, the employee is registered as employedeven when all amounts in this period add up to zero.
During payroll, the payroll unit UVG is determined for each personnelnumber through the feature CHFI1. The result is then stored in thepayroll table SI. In the UVG annual calculation, the payroll unit validin the evaluation period for each personnel number is determined. Ifthis payroll unit differs from that which was determined at the time ofthe payroll, the system gives you a warning. In addition to thepayroll, a list of all warnings is issued. Generally, the evaluation isin accordance with those payroll units which are valid at the time ofevaluation.
Unpaid absences, which do not count as SI days, are processed anddisplayed as an entry/leaving.
