Short/Long-Term Disability Status Report

Purpose
Short/Long-Term Disability Status Report enables you to track employeeson short-term disability leave from work.

Prerequisites
Before you run this report you must set up your system to processshort/long-term disability absences, by carrying out the configurationsteps in the Short/Long-Term Disability Plans section of the Absenceschapter of the US or Canada Payroll Implementation Guide (IMG).

Features
This report extracts data from absence data stored on the Infotype 2001for the group of employees selected for the desired time period anddisplays a list of employees who are on short-tem disabilility leave.The output screen displays for each employee:

• a traffic light idicator

green: employee is on short-term disability leave for specified daterange
yellow: employee is on short-term disability leave for the specifieddate range, but will transfer to long-term disability within the numberdays you specify in the No. warning days field
red: employee's final short-term disability period ends within thespecified date range

• personnel number


• absence type (short or long-term disability)


• begin/end Date of the absence


• begin/end Time of the absence


• absence days, calendar and working


• short-term disability period start dates

Note: To get an overview on an individual employee's STD statusinformation, choose select the employee and choose the "Details" icon.

Activities
Specify the desired selection criteria in the Selection andMonitoring Data sections of the selection screen.
Execute the report.
An output screen appears, which displays the data extracted for theemployees you selected.

Example
An administrator is responsible for processing paperwork for employeestransferring from short-term disability to long-term disability runsthis report to see which employees are within six weeks of the end ofshort-term disability.
