Create Queries (BEN) in Pension Information Procedure

Purpose
In the pension information procedure, this report creates a TemSeobject that is sent to the pension office after being downloaded to thedata medium. It contains the data records coded with the indicator BEN.

Prerequisites
To create query records for the BEN type for the pension informationpoint, data records for the Pension Information infotype (0406) mustexist for the employees in question. In addition, feature DO406 must bemaintained since the report uses this feature to determine the pensionoffice when the query records are created.

Features

Selection
Standard selections using the logical database (period, personnelnumber, company code, payroll area)
Additional selections using delimitations (for example, service type,service category)
Payroll number (post): Selection using PAN in accordance with"Imputation to Pension Payments" infotype (0326)
Authority ref. number: Selection using reference number in accordancewith "Pension Information" infotype (0406)
Type of pension: Selection using subtype of "Imputation to PensionPayments" infotype (0326) or "Pension Information" infotype (0406)
Create TemSe, update IT 0406: If this field is blank, the reportperforms a test run. If the field is selected, the TemSe object iscreated in accordance with the program description and the status inthe "Pension Information" infotype (0406) is converted accordingly sothat the query is not created twice. If, for some reason, the data inthe TemSe file is lost, you must start a repeat run. If this is thecase, it is important to know the date of the last status change.
Define object number (optional): Here you can define part of the TemSename. A number is usually assigned by the system.
Repeat run: Necessary if the data should be selected again and thestatus has already been changed to "Query created". This may benecessary if, for example, the TemSe object or the data medium islost).
Status change data: If a repeat run is triggered, this is the date onwhich the status for the relevant record for the "PensionInformation"infotype (0406) was last changed.
