Reference Personnel Numbers

Purpose
This report creates a list of reference personnel numbers.

Prerequisites
If an employee in your enterprise has more than one type of workcontract, you can enter a reference personnel number for each workcontract. You can then, for example, store these numbers in theActions infotype (0000). You can also create reference personnelnumbers later in the Reference Personnel Numbers infotype(0031).
This report creates a list of reference personnel numbers which can bestored in the Actions infotype (0000) for new employees when theyjoin the company, if the employee has more than one work relationship inyour organisation.
If you create a reference personnel number in the Actionsinfotype (0000), the system automatically stores this in the
Reference Personnel Numbers infotype (0031). This report alsoaccesses data stored in the Reference Personnel Numbersinfotype (0031).

Features

Selection
You can run the report for any time period.
You can also specify a payroll period as a time period by selectingPayroll period. The scope of the payroll period isdisplayed. In the fields that appear you can make entries for thedesired specific payroll dates. You return to the report selectionscreen by selecting Period.
You enter the employees to be selected under Selection. Thefollowing fields are available:

  • Personnel number

  • Payroll area

  • Pers.area/subarea/cost center

  • Employee group/subgroup

  • You determine how the selected employees should be evaluated and how thedata should be output under Additional data.

    Standard_variants
    Certain default values already exist in some fields on the selectionscreen. The system uses these values to propose selections.
    The system uses the Other period indicator to propose aselection for a period. If this selection matches your requirements,enter a period in the adjoining field.
    The indicators set under additional data influence the selection processin the following way:

    • Group by employee

    • An output list is displayed for each employee.
      • Display detailed information

      • Displaying detailed information includes:
        StaffStatus (Employment status)
        Company Code
        PArea (Personnel area)
        EmplGroup (Employee group)
        EmplSubgroup (Employee subgroup)
        Empl. % (Employment percentage)
        • Highlight changes

        • Changes within an evaluation time period are highlighted in color.
          • Highlight incorrect data

          • Missing data is highlighted in color.
            • Display error list

            • An error list of employees not selected is displayed below the table.
              • Display statistics list

              • The statistics list is displayed below the table. It shows thefollowing:
                Number of personnel numbers selected
                Number of incorrect personnel numbers
                Number of incomplete table entries

                Output
                The output is determined by the list output indicators that you set.
