Programme SAP RPLNCU00_CE - NC-9901 Report: Generate Importable File - Concurrent Employment

Description
This program generates the data required for Form NC-9901: Report ofOrganization and transfers it to a file. This file can be imported intospecial software available from the Bureau of the Census and edited andsubmitted from there.
To run the program, select the organizational units for which you wantto generate the data by choosing Org. structure or specify yourselection criteria in the Selection section.
Define the complete file path and name for your output in the Localoutput file name field.
Choose Execute (or Execute in background).

Precondition
You must have maintained worksite data for your employees in Infotype0209 (Unemployment State).
You must have defined additional data for your worksites in the USPayroll IMG under step Define unemploymentworksites.

Standard settings
To enable this program to extract the necessary data for the NC-9901report, wage types /101 and /5UO must have specification T defined inprocessing class 30 (cumulation update).

Examples for a concurrent employment scenario
An employee can have multiple contracts (also called personnelassignments) with an employer or with several employers (employer heremeans different companies under the same master company). This reportdisplays the employees in an organizational unit over a selectedperiod.

  • An employee has three contracts (C1, C2, C3) with different jobs at
  • employer A. C1 is the main contract. This is a single employerscenario. The total number of entries for employer A is displayed as1.
    • An employee has three contracts (C1, C2, C3) with contracts C1&
    • C2 at employer A and contract C3 at employer B. The total number ofentries for both employers A and B is displayed as 2.

      Output
      The file that is output contains the following information for eachestablishment:

      • NC-9901 establishment number

      • Employer Identification Number (EIN)

      • Name, address and zip code

      • Annual payroll (in thousands)

      • First quarter payroll (in thousands)

      • Number of employees that worked during the pay period included in March
      • 12 of the census year
        • Major activity

        • Date opened (or date closed)
        • Note
          You must obtain specific software from the Bureau of the Census(Computerized Self-Administered Questionnaire - CSAQ) to complete andfile the NC-9901 report.
