Description
This report is applied to create Life insurance deduction applicationform and spouse special deduction application form of an employee who isactive on the specified date.
This program is created due to the enhanced functionality in Year 2001that maximum five life insurance entries allowable for anemployee, while previously it is only three as of reportRPLLIDJ2.

Notes
This report use SAP script to output the form 'Gensen MC-12-1'(NihonHorei), while the sample form is 'HOKENRYOU2' in the system.
In case you wish to use duplicable legal paper offered by Nihon Horei,you need to set output device for impact printer with 8.5 inche formatand make detailed adjustments for each fields.
