Purpose
This report enables you to generate an easily printable overview of thecollective part of the wage returns.

Selection
You must select a legal person for whom a Wage return has already beencreated, otherwise no data will be shown.
In the "In-period year" field, you can enter the year for which the Wagereturn was submitted. Remember that only returns within one year can bedisplayed. To show a return from the year previous to the Payroll Taxesyear (i.e. the year of the in-period, what this field says) you need toenter the appropriate year in the "before-period year" field.
In the "in-period" field you can enter the in-period of the wagereturn. The in-period is the period in which the wage return wasoriginally run (i.e. excluding correction periods). This can only beonceper month or every 4 weeks.
In the 'Before-period year' field, you can enter the year for which thePayroll Taxes is created. Remember that only returns within one year canbe displayed. To show a return from the year previous to the PayrollTaxes year (i.e. the year of the in-period, what this field says) youneed to enter the appropriate year in the "before-period year" field.
In the "period from" field you can enter the first period that you wishto view. This means it is possible for a limited number of periods to bedisplayed. If the field remains empty, then only the last period will bedisplayed, but only periods containing adjustments will be displayed.
In the "period up to and including" field, you can enter the lastperiod that you wish to view. This means it is possible for a limitednumber of periods to be displayed. If the field is left empty, thein-period will be used. Only periods containing adjustments will bedisplayed.
Use the option "Display differences" to indicate whether you wish to seethe total amounts or only the differences in adjustment periods. If youcheck this option, differences will be displayed.
To execute this report, you must be suitably authorized. InAuthorization object for Wage return 2006 (P_NL_LA06) you must beauthorized for activity 01 add or generate or 03 display for theselected legal person.

Output
The data of the selected collective returns are displayed in a ListViewer(ALV). Each column displays the amounts of a period. The amountsas shown are then sorted in the same way as in the R3load log of thecollective part of the wage return.
Please keep the following in mind:
If there is an old-year adjustment for a "before period year", this willbe indicated by a rule in the SAP List Viewer (only if RPLLAEN0 isstarted for the current year).
As standard, specify the last completed wage return from the selectedin-period. However, there is one exception. If the selected in-period isthe current period, the current Wage return will be displayed, even ifit is not complete.
