Description
This report summarizes the grievances for a selected group of people infour different ways. They can be summarized by company code, plant,person group, person subgroup, the person's supervisor, type ofgrievance, or the status the grievance.

Precondition
You must have maintined the Additional Personal Data infotype(0077) for each employee.

Output
In each of these summaries, you can place the cursor on one of thetotal lines, and select that line. The system then displays the detailsfor each person making up the total for that line.

Example
In a concurrent employment scenario, an employee can have multiplecontracts (also called personnel assignments) with an employer or withseveral employers (employer here means different companies under thesame master company). This report displays the grievances for eachcontract.

• An employee has three contracts (C1, C2, C3) with different jobs at
employer A. C1 is the main contract. This is a single employerscenario. As the grievances are recorded for each contract, theGrievance report produces the list of grievances for each contract.

• An employee has three contracts (C1, C2, C3) with contracts C1 &
C2 at employer A, and contract C3 at employer B. The Grievance reportdisplays the grievances for each contract.
