Purpose
This report analyses a workforce to identify if there is anunder-representation of persons from designated groups (in the variousoccupational categories and levels of the workforce) as specified bythe South African Employment Equity Act (EEA).
According to the EEA, the designated groups which this report focuseson are:
Race
Gender
Disability
Level

Prerequisites
For each employee in your organization, you must maintain the followinginformation:
In infotype Personal Data (0002), specify gender.
In infotype Additional Pers. Data (0077), specify ethnic origin anddisability information.
