Description
This report creates a list of employee's addresses. The addresses areedited according to country-specific rules and are then printed aslabels.
You can execute an evaluation for every user defined time period. Thesystem suggests an evaluation using Other period.
Under Selection enter which employee should be selected. Thefollowing fields are available:

• Personnel number


• Employment status

The system suggests that all employees with the following employmentstatus should be selected:
1 = Employee is active in the firm, but has leave of absence
2 = Employee is active in the firm, but a pensioner
3 = Employee is active in the firm

• Company code


• Payroll area


• Personnel area/subarea/cost center


• Employee group/subgroup

Default values, that determine the address format and output format forthe lables, have already been entered under Additional data.Note that the values entered here can be overwritten, if necessary, bythe printer format of your affiliated printer. You can flag theTest indicator, which means that the report will be carried outin the test mode.
If you use the selection options Further selections,Matchcodes, Sort and Multiple selection, refer tothe R/3 Library under HR Management -> PA-Personnel Management ->PA - Personnel Management -> Procedures in Personnel Administration ->Master Data and Reporting -> The Report Selection Screen in the HRSystem -> The Report Selection Screen or The Multiple SelectionScreen Function on the Report Selection Screen.
You can execute the report in several ways:

• Print after execution of the report:

Choose Program -> Execute.

• Print the lables immediately:

Choose Program -> Execute + Print. You see the screen Printlist output. Enter here the data required for your printerconnection and choose Output -> Print. If necessary, adapt theprinter setting specifications in the report selection screen.

• Execution in the background:

Choose Program -> Exec. in the background

Output
The addresses of the selected personnel numbers are issued according tothe entered printer format. An error list appears, if necessary, on thelist and displays the personnel numbers that could not be selected.
