Purpose
To create a batch input session for the insertion of records inAdditional Payments (infotype 0015) for the processing ofvacation allowance and to allow the execution of batch inputtransactions online.
This report checks the leave periods of the selected employees. Thus,depending on the conditions specified in the features referred below,one (yearly) or more (before each leave period) records are prepared tobe created in infotype 0015.

Prerequisites

• You have entered the leave periods in Absences (Infotype 2001).


• Feature PLPPT,
has determined the type of payment to be considered - monthly oryearly.

• Feature PCPWT
PCPWT has determined which wage types must be filled in infotype 0015.

• Feature PLPBG
has determined the begin date of the period and the last possiblepayment date.

• Feature PLPCP
has determined the earliest payment date and the minimum number of daysfor which a payment is made.
