Update the tax bill information in IT 273 with the values which arereceived on the CSR response file.

Prerequisites
Use program RPLRQTS0 to create a CSR request file and send it to CSR.
Then use the received response as the input file for RPITAXS0.

Activities
Program RPITAXS0 creates a batch input job containing the PA30transactions needed for updating.
The batch input job must then be executed to perform the update.
