Programme SAP RPILANN0 - Infotype Wage Return (0808) Conversion

Purpose
This report is used to carry out a one-off conversion, within theframework of the Wage Return 2006, of the following fields ininfotype CBS (0408) and Execution of EmployeeInsurances (0409) so that they can be used in the new formatin infotype Wage Return (0808):

  • Shift Type => Indication of regular work arrangement

  • Primary Insurance Cover => Work Relationship Type Code

  • Primary Insurance Cover => Circumst. Affecting Obligation to Insure Code

  • Welfare Claimant Indicator => Welfare Claimant Code

    • The conversion applies to every employee and can, for example, beperformed as follows:
    • Shift Type => Indication of regular work arrangement

      • 1 (Regular) => Yes
      2 (Irregular) => Yes
      3 (Shift) => No
      • Primary Insurance Cover => Work Relationship Type Code

        • A1 (Employment contract) => 01
        B1 (Contracting of work) => 02
        Etc.
        • Primary Insurance Cover => Circumst. Affecting Obligation to Insure Code

          • L1 (Relation to owner) => A Family of owner
          Etc.
          • Welfare Claimant Indicator => Welfare Claimant Code

            • The codes are copied without being converted.
            Unconverted fields are filled using feature Default Values InfotypeWage Return (0808) (
            NLLAG).
            A Batch Input Session (BIS) is then created.
            Comment
            The field Collective Agreement Code from infotype Execution ofEmployee Insurances (0409) is not converted in fieldCollective Agreement Code in infotype Wage Return (0808
            ). The field Collective Agreement Code is filled with the defaultvalues from indicator NLLAG.
            If this report does not fulfill your requirements (for example, if youwish to convert extra fields), you can use it as an example and adapt itto your requirements.
            Note
            If you start the report with a start date the same as or after the startdate of the wage return (1 January 2006), the system will only delimitrecords of infotype CBS NL (0408)and no infotype WageReturn (0808) will be created.

            Prerequisites
            Infotype Execution of Employee Insurances (0409) containsone or more valid records that you wish to convert.
            If there is no valid record of infotype Execution of EmployeeInsurances (0409) in the selection period, a record ofinfotype Wage Return (0808) will still be created, withall fields being filled from feature Default Values for InfotypeWage Return (0808) (
            NLLAG).
            If a record of infotype Wage Return (0808) already existsin the selection period, no new record will be created.

            Selection
            The following selection options are available:

            • The date entered must be the date on which you wish to convert the
              • fields.
              • You must also specify the selection criteria relating to employees and
                • the organization (personnel numbers, legal person and payroll area).
                • By default, a Batch Input Session (BIS) is created.

                • If required, you can delimit the records in infotype 0408.

                • If required, you can delimit the records in infotype 0409.

                • Batch Input Session parameters. Specify the BIS name and the user name
                  • of the person creating the BIS (e.g. the system administrator).

                  Output
                  A list of processed personnel numbers is created.
                  The old fields with the old values are displayed in red, the new fieldswith new fields are displayed in white.
