Purpose
This program creates the Cerfa form Declaration of salary forbenefits payment for sickness, paternity and maternity.

Prerequisites
To automatically complete the file name field, SAP recommends startingthis program in the SAP/ADP interface services menu, (transactionPC00_M06_RPSTRTFI, service IJSSMAL) and notto start it directly.

Features
This program contains a sequential menu with seven listed entries.Entries 1 to 5 enable you to enter the information required on the form.Entry 6 allows you to download a previously saved declaration, and entry7 allows you to save and print the current declaration.

Activities
Enter the personnel number, file path and file name of the form saved inthe selection screen.
The Change field box enables you to go to Display orChange mode.
