Purpose
Use this program to create a batch input session for infotypeReasons for Change (0378). Simultaneous creation of this infotypewith a BIS for an employee group is particularly relevant in the case ofcompany events such as mergers or changes in schemes/legislation. It canalso be used if employees are allowed to make or change their selectionat any time during the year. In the case of individual reasons forchange, it makes more sense to make the changes directly to theinfotype.

Prerequisites
Employees must be assigned to a benefit area in infotype GeneralBenefit Data (0171).

Selection
In addition to the normal PNP options such as personnel area andemployee group, a selection needs to be made for Benefit Area in"Other Selection". This is a group of plans that apply to acertain branch of the organization, or that are used for the entireorganization.
In "Other Data", you can enter the reasons for change that needto be recorded.
Use the field Fixed Start Date for Infotype Record to enter theappropriate start date of the infotype record. The end date will becalculated automatically based on the setup in the Establish Reasonsfor Change (V_FBN_T74HA) view (see IMG stepEstablish Reasons for Change.
Select the Create BIS option to create a BIS.
The Name of Batch Input Session will be the name under which theBIS will be saved in transaction SM35.
In the User Identification field, enter the name of theuser that is to be recorded as the authorized user of the BIS.

Output
If you have selected the Create BIS option, a Batch Input Sessionwill be created.\
You will also be given an overview of all employees for whom a record ofinfotype 0378 will be registered if you run the BIS.
