Purpose
You use this report to delete the content (table entries) from the oldHRDSYS tables. In this way you greatly reduce thetable space.

Selection
To start the report, remove the marker for the switch Simulation-noupdate. If you leave the marker, then the changes will not be madeon the database.
Further entries or changes are not necessary.

Note
We recommend that you proceed as follows:
Check whether the XPRA report RPU470_DSYS (HRDSYS: Converting PHIO tables due to key enhancement) has runsuccessfully.
Perfom a data backup.
Start the report to delete the table content. It can be run as follows:
You can let the deletion report run in the background.
You can let the deletion report run parallel to the live system.
You can start several deletion reports at the same time.
For this you need an exact overview of the client environment in eachsystem.
If you start the report for several client groups at the same time,then select the individual client groups so that the number ranges ofthe groups do not overlap, and mark the parameter Tables of class"ECI" only once in all runs since tables of this class arecross-client.
