Description
The report is the main program for the valuation of entitlements. Theprocessing is controlled using tables T5DW5, T5DC5, and T5DC6.
Possible processing results (actual or simulated):

• Pension payments (infotype 0201, 0014, 0015)


• Vested entitlements


• Vested payments


• Actuarial interface


• Statement data


• Status changes for infotype 0203 and P01CST


• Entitlement changes for infotype 0202


• Cyclical entitlements

Precondition
Required authorizations: The report requires the standard reporting andHR authorizations
The following logic for authorization check is also applied:


• Entitlements infotype (0202). If an update is permitted (in accordance
with the processing type) and this option is selected in the program,change authorization is required for infotype 0202 withoutorganizational assignment, irrespective of whether or not an updatetakes place.

• Pension Payments infotype (0201, 0014, 0015). If the result means that
these infotypes must be changed, change authorization is required forthese infotypes with the accompanying organizational assignment.

• CPS databases. Read authorization for the company pension scheme
databases is always required. Change authorization the correspondingtables is also required for updates (processing type/program).

• PCL2 cluster. Change authorization for PCL2 cluster DA is required for
updates if a statement type has been entered in table T5DC5.
If authorizations are missing, either the employee's data is notprocessed (Pension Payments infotype, cluster DB) or processing isterminated.
