Purpose
Using this report, you can update the transfer file of the Health CareInsurance Board. This report searches for the correct personnel numbersfor the persons in the file and stores the data in the SAP table
Health Care Insurance Board: Table for transfer file (P05T_CVZ_UITW).
The report is only intended for pension funds and insurers appointed bythe Health Care Insurance Board to withhold sources.

Prerequisites
You should be authorized to make changes in the authorization objectP_NL_LA06.

Selection
In the field Health Care Insurance Board file, you indicate thename and location where the transfer file of the Health Care InsuranceBoard is saved. Using the option Test mode, you can indicatewhether you want to generate the report in test mode. When this is done,the data is not saved to the database.
The report automatically determines the correct Legal Person. This isdone on the basis of the Payroll taxes number. The Payroll year, Payrollperiod and the sequence number are determined on the basis of thefilename.

Output
When the upload is successful and test mode is deactivated, the transferfile data will be saved stored in the SAP table Health CareInsurance Board: Table for transfer file (P05T_CVZ_UITW).
In the output list, all persons registered by the Health Care InsuranceBoard are displayed along with all relevant data. By double clicking acertain line, you can amend the data in the infotype Social Insurance.
In addition, you can consult a report in the log including thecategories General messages and Statistics. The general messagescomprise the message texts regarding the process of uploading the HealthCare Insurance Board file. Statistics includes a complete overview ofthe number of identified/unidentified persons and the total number oflines read.
