Purpose
The vacation and compensation debt report is done for monthly reportingof the growing debt of these absence quotas.

Prerequisites
Make sure that you have run your time evaluation and payroll run forthe period before you run the report.

Features

Selection
You can make the normal organizational selections on the selectionscreen, and also if you have a variant for the sap list viewer.

Output
The report evaluates the vacation absence quotas and compensationquotas. The field Remaining on keydate (the rest of the quotas on thekeydate) is multiplied with the rate from the wage type and put intothe amount field.
Vacation in advance is evaluated in a special way. Even if you have twoquotas with vacation in advance they are summarized in one line withbegindate and deduction begindate of the first quota and enddate anddeduction enddate of the last quota.
