Purpose
This program has two purposes :
As a Tax Calculation report <(>&<)> debugging tool, showing detailed'drill-down' of South African Tax Calculation and Annualizationmethods ('tax procedures').
As the central tax calculation module, called from the South AfricanPayroll driver (RPCALCW0).
The payroll function WTAX TAX calls the form routine TXCAL
(Normal Calculation) in this program, while
The payroll function WTAX SITE calls the form routine TXFIN
(Final Calculation) in this program.
