Title
HR-PT: Remuneration Sheet

Purpose
Provide the Social Security institutions where the company is registeredwith a monthly list of the remunerations paid to each employee in agiven month as well as the total contributions. Each Remuneration Sheetgroups all the employees who belong to the same Social Security regime(Articles 15,16 and 17, Act No.140-D/86, of June 14).
Every employee, independently from their remuneration type, contractduration or working hours, are included in the Remuneration Sheet. Forexample: administrators, directors, managers, members of the board andso on.
Since an employee may contribute for more than one social securityinstitution simultaneously, it is possible to run the report for aspecified social securtity institution at a time.
The Remuneration Sheet must be delivered to the appropriate authoritiesup to the 15th of the following month.

Prerequisites
The Remuneration Sheet can be generated only after the payroll is runand its resulting data are stored in the cluster.
All the wage types that are relevant for the Remuneration Sheet musthave evaluationclass 11 (specification 1, 2, C, F, N, P and X) maintained in the IMGstep: HR-PT: Payroll Accounting -> Reporting and Statistics ->Remuneration Sheet -> Verify evaluation class

All kinds of magnetic media are accepted by the Social Security as longas it complies with the format published by the Instituto de Informáticae Estatística da Solidariedade and an agreement is made with each SocialSecurity Regional Center.

  • When you execute this report on-line, you have the option of displaying:

  • List format - the data are listed and can be printed out.
    Electronic format - generates the electronic files to be sentSocial Security
    Error list - in case of error during the execution, the reason isdisplayed.
    Technical log - allows you to see a detailed analysis of thedata for individual employees. The Social Security-relevant data aregrouped per period (previous, actual and final).
    • When you execute this report on-line, the system displays a statistical
    • list with the number of employees who were:
      selected - all the employees selected in the selection screen(processed, rejected and excluded)
      processed - all the employees whose data are displayed in theRemuneration Sheet
      rejected - employees who could not be processed due to errors
      excluded - employees who are not required to be listed in theRemuneration Sheet (for example, Social Security-exempt employees,employees on a voluntary Social Insurance basis) and employees who areinactive (retiree, withdrawn or inactive) and therefore do not havepayroll results.
      All the values included in the list are rounded up.
