Description
This report transfers the special payments entitlement from tablet558A.
This entitlement is supposed to have been acquired in the past and hasto be imported into cluster table SP for further administration usingthe automatic special payments function.

In the first place, you have to assign the special payments to theemployee.
a) Maintain the special payments feature through the transaction
PE03
b) The special payments to be transferred have to be defined
(T530c)!
You have now to maintain the special payments wage types in table T558A(Attention: not the technical wage types used to form the valuationbases!).
In order to do so, you need to define the initial entries for eachemployee for whom you have defined the special payments according totable T530C, running the report in processing mode I.

If you want to transfer entitlement quotas in days into the clustertable SP, you have to enter the correspondent days into the numberfield of table T558A.
If you want to transfer the already accounted valuation bases intocluster table SP, you have to enter the corresponding amount into theamount field for the entry in T558A.
If the end of the special payment to be transferred is in the past, youhave to enter a 2 (passive special payment) in the Amount perunit field in T558A. Otherwise (for active special payments) enter a1 or a 0 (same effect).
Attention: If you have active and passive special payments of the samewage type, you should see the start date of the entry in T558A as asequential number. However, the start and end dates of the entry ofT558A must be within the payroll period to be transferred.
Important: you can only transfer the special payments for which NOpayment of any kind has yet been effected, since the portion of aspecial payment that has already been paid can not be taken intoaccount in future automatic special payments.

Now you can trigger the payroll accounting.
You can only transfer this data to a Payroll accounting period forwhich accounting has already been performed.

You run the report RPCSPUI0 again in processing mode U. Thisreport fills the cluster table SP according to table T558A and T530C.
The transferred special payment entitlements are then taken intoaccount automatically in the subsequent payroll period.
