Programme SAP RPCSOCPT0PBS - Social Balance

Purpose
You use this report to produce an annual mandatory social balance reportthat meets with national legal requirements. The report compilesemployee professional data, situation data, schedule data, basic paydata, training data, and other relevant employee data.
The social balance report contains 34 balance sheets in total. The datain some of the sheets is specific for personnel groups. All employeesare assigned to one of 22 legally defined personnel groups.

Integration
The system stores the personnel group of an employee in the master data.

Prerequisites
To ensure that the data in the social balance report is complete andaccurate, you need to ensure that the system settings are defined inCustomizing for Payroll by choosing Payroll: Portugal ->Enhancements for Public Sector Portugal -> Performance Evaluation ->Basic Settings and Social Balance.
It is necessary to map values in the standard system to the special datarequired in the social balance report.

Output
You can export the data compiled in the report to an Excel file. You canexport either the entire report or just certain sheets.
