SOCSO Borang 2 Report (RPCSB2L0)

Purpose
This report displays and prints the details of all the selectedemployees who have joined the company between the dates specified byyou.

Prerequisites

• Master data records must exist.


• Payroll results must exist for the employee.

Features

Selection
You can restrict the employees selected by entering:


• An individual or a range of Personnel number


• An individual or a range of Payroll area


• Employer Reference Number


• Date of Joining

If you do not enter the Personnel Number, Payroll area or the EmployerReference number, then the details of all the employees who have joinedthe company in the given range of dates, will be printed.
You can generate the report in the Standard SAP layout, which is thelayout specified by SOCSO, or your own customized layout.

Output
The report contains the details of the selected employee(s) who havejoined the company in the given range of dates. The output consists ofthe Reference Number of the Employer and the following detailsof the employee:


• Personnel number


• Old and New IC Number


• Name


• Date of Birth


• Joining date


• Sex


• SOCSO Number


• Occupation

You now have the following options in the output:

• Print form: You can print the report on a laser printer.


• Error: You can display the records with processing errors.


• Print Form (Dot Matrix): You can print the detailed report for the dot
matrix printer.

Activities
From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources ->Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Malaysia ->
Subsequent activities -> Per payroll period -> Legalreporting -> SOCSO -> Borang 2 (Joiner).
The Borang 2 report screen appears.
Enter the relevant selection criteria.
Choose Program -> Execute.
