Display ROE XML File (RPCROEK0_DISPLAY_XML)

Purpose
This report reads the XML file containing the ROE related data anddisplays the data in ALV format. The XML file is generated by the HumanResource and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) web application. You candownload the XML file containing the valid serial numbers for each ofthe ROE forms from the HRSDC web site to the Presentation or Applicationserver.

Prerequisites

• You must have run the:

Record of Employment (ROE) Generator report(RPCROEK0_GENERATOR) to generate the ROE run ID.
Record of Employment (ROE) - Exporter/Importerreport (RPCROEK0_XMPORTER) to generate the ROE datasets in flat fileformat. You must upload the flat file containing the generated ROEdatasets to the HRSDC web site.

• You must have downloaded the XML file generated by the HRSDC web
application to the Presentation or Application server.

• Specify the location or directory on your local machine, from where the
report must read the downloaded XML file.

• Select any of the following indicators to display data related to the
corresponding status of ROE form:
Issued
Passed
Failed
Rejected

Output
When you execute the report, the system displays following informationin ALV format:


• Status of the ROE form


• Serial number assigned to the successfully processed ROE forms


• Date of issue of the serial number


• Personnel number of the employee


• Business number of the employee


• Social Insurance number


• First day worked


• Last day for which paid


• Final pay period ending date


• Total Insurable Earnings
