Description
This report consists of two sections. Firstly, you can schedule jobsfor payroll accounting. Secondly, you can use the calendar to view jobsthat have already been scheduled.
The payroll calendar enables you to display payroll jobs for specificperiods. Choose Calendar to view the selected schedule from thespecified start date onwards. If you want to schedule payroll jobs,choose Job scheduling.
1. Calendar function
There is no point in accessing the calendar unless you have alreadyscheduled payroll jobs, as it will not contain any data otherwise.
The calendar contains a three month period in which dates on which jobshave been scheduled are displayed against a different color background.If you double click on one of these dates, a list of jobs is displayedin the lower section of the screen. Alternatively, you can double clickon one of the listed payroll areas (tasks) to display all of itsscheduled payroll jobs together with the status. If you double click ona job, you access the job overview in which job details are displayed.At this point, it is also possible to delete jobs.

2. Job scheduling function
Use the selection screen to determine the periods, payroll areas andthe date of the payroll run for the relevant country grouping. A modelvariant containing the parameter settings for the payroll driver isrequired for scheduling. The payroll log is written to the spool.
