Programme SAP RPCPL4U0 - Display Garnishment Notice Letters

Description
This report is to create a garnishment notice letter for an individualemployee.
The following information is required from the selection screen:
Personnel number of the employee
The internal number of garnishment document
The form to be used
The date for infotype data selection
In executing the report, the system checks to see what status thegarnishment has at the date of the infotype data selection.

  • If the status is 'Active' or 'Pending', the system uses the form
  • defined in T5UGI for 'Notification Letter'.
    • If the status is 'Bankrupt', the system uses the form defined in T5UGI
    • for 'Bankruptcy Letter'.
      • If the status is 'Released', the system uses the form defined in T5UGI
      • for 'Released Letter'.
        Therefore it is usually not necessary to enter the form in theselection screen for the garnishments with the above statuses. If theparameter 'Form' is not filled and there is no assignment in T5UGI, apopup window will appear asking for the form.
        'Termination Letter' and 'Leave of Absence Letter' do not follow thelogic above because the garnishment status reflects no informationabout termination or leave of absence. For these kind of letters,provide the form to be used.
        The letter will be displayed.
        Some further processing options:
        • Printing out the letter

        • Making changes to the letter (Edit -> Edit Letter)

        • The lines of the letter should not be longer than 72 characters.
          • Selecting another form to create a different letter

          • (Letter -> Other Form)
            Note: This report can be triggered from the Garnishment DocumentInfotype via the menu path 'Environment -> Print Notice letter' or bypushing the 'Noticeletter' button.
