Description
This report produces a list of pension contributions for each pensionscheme with which the selected employees are associated.

Precondition
The contributions an employee makes to a pension scheme must bemaintained in the Pension Funds (0071) infotype.

Output
Using the Display list screen? option in the initial selectionscreen, you can determine whether the detailed data is accesseddirectly or via an overview selection list (the default access path).
The Order by employee number and Order by pension scheme ref
options in the initial selection screen allow you to determine theorder in which the entries are displayed in the overview list or in thedetailed data screen if it is accessed directly.
The list with the detailed data contains the following information:

• Employee's personnel number, name, and NI number


• Joining date and, if appropriate, leaving date and reason


• Pension scheme reference and name


• For each period:

Employee contributions (EE contr)
Employer contributions (ER contr)
Additional voluntary contributions (AVC)
Free-standing AVCs (FS AVC)
Employee contribution holidays (EE hols)
Employer contribution holidays (ER hols)
Additional data is provided where the selection period contains morethan one pension year. Year cum gives the pension year total foryears preceding the current year and YTD gives the pensioncumulation for the current year to date. Pension holidays are notincluded in these cumulations.
If more than one pension scheme has been selected, it is possible tonavigate to the previous or next scheme in the selection.
By choosing Employee data or Pension data, you candisplay the Personal Data (0002) or Pension Funds (0071)infotype for the employee concerned.
