Description
This report creates a sample form for the issue of P45 slips for thoseemployees who leave within the specified period.
Additonally you can create a batch input session to change or copy theemployee's tax details (infotype 0065) with an indicator that a P45 hasbeen issued and with the date of issue. The person must have beenrecorded as having left prior to this.
If you do create a new tax record you can also enter a new tax code andtax basis.
Alternatively, you can produce a theoretical P45 slip for employees whoare still employed by using their latest payroll results. To do this,you should enter 31.12.9999 as the end date for data selection period.This is intended purely to see what an employee's P45 form would looklike if they were to leave at that point in time. You cannot combinethis with the creation of a batch input session.
Note: You can define your own defaults for the program specificselection parameters by using the routine in the report RPCP45Z0.

Preconditions
There are two requirements for processing the P45 for a leaver
- they have to be recorded as having already left, i.e. the leavingevent must have already been entered in the personnel records.
- there must be a set of payroll results for the payroll periodduring which the person leaves

Output
The output is in the form of sample P45 slips for the selectedemployees/leavers. By using the appropriate push button,you can go from the list directly to the processing of the batch inputsession.
